Our email DOES NOT get checked or answered instantly, just once a week. So please send a chat, which is the little blue circle on front of the website at the bottom right corner, and it will be answered immediately. 

So sorry to make this ridiculously redundant.  However, we have had customers completely ignore that we have stated in many ways that our generic ineffective gmail email IS NOT our form of customer service and should NEVER be used for customer service issues. After they ignore what was just mentioned they email us and leave a terrible review saying that we don't answer our emails. There is a very good reason why we DO NOT ACCEPT EMAILS for customer service.  It's because we care about our customers and want to give excellent customer service.  GMAIL is NOT designed to give excellent customer service.  Our chat system IS designed to give excellent customer service because it was designed by SHOPIFY.  Therefore, if all of our customer service requests are in one place we can therefore give you excellent customer service quickly and effectively.
