Thank you again for your patience Christina. It's here in the news and information section where you will find information if something is back ordered or will take longer than usual. I noticed that you like the deep and sultry scents.  I don't know if you had a chance to check out our scent library. Probably so, but just in case just wanted to point out the Deep and Sultry section for you here. Remember it's always better to sample, sample, sample first then you know exactly how good (or maybe not so good lol) something smells before you order the product with that scent. 

Also, as you place more orders more coupon codes will come that will be more personalized to the orders, and products that you like.

Just checked the company email today and saw/opened your email you sent regarding the Sandalwood Rose, and Tibetan Black Tea missing.  So so sorry for the slow reply.  Just a quick FYI if you have any questions regarding any order please send a chat. 

Customer service is of the utmost importance, which we hope your stateroom here is a big part of that.  But getting back on topic please, please send a chat and we will respond immediately. 

Tibetan Black Tea wasn't finished with production yet and we wanted you to enjoy at least one of your scents, and I'm pretty sure that you received an email regarding the delay.  If not, our sincere apologies, and no worries.  Again, that is the function of the Staterooms.  In a case where there is something missing, something is delayed, or any information regarding your order you can come here to find updated information.  If you still have questions please send a chat and you will get a response immediately.
